Barry the BeeMaster Barry
is a local local resident of the Greater Victoria area on the southern end of Vancouver Island, BC Canada. Barry is currently semi retired leveraging his entrepreneurial skills acquired over a life time of service in Greater Victoria.  DenCor Properties is the result of his construction career spanning 20 years in the Victoria area.
 Barry has a triplex in the city of Victoria at 5146 Bank Street.

1548 Bank street, the top floor of a character up/down triplex, is currently under renovation featuring new paint, refinished hardwood floors, new window glazing and new kitchen cabinets, countertop, fridge and stove.

This unit may be available by November 1 of 2024.

Rent is $1,750.00 per month including the following utilities: heat, elctricity, hot/cold water, garbage collection and recycling. There is an in house coin operated washer and dryer on the ground floor available to all tenants.
